Blackberry is a prickly bush with perennial rhizomes and biennial overhead shoots, belonging to the family of rosaceous. The flowers are white, large, collected in the corymbose inflorescences. Blackberry fruits are large, with a lot of seeds, very similar to raspberries, especially red undersized berries. Ripe blackberry berries are bright black, sometimes with a purple hue. They taste sweet and sour. Blackberry is a good honey plant.
Blackberry berries are a natural “multivitamin complex.” In the blackberry is a lot of vitamin C, there are vitamins E, P, PP, K, provitamin A, vitamins of group B.
